Heart of the Gun was screened on day 4 at the Fort Myers Beach International Film Festival. This is the last of twelve movies made by filmmaker Travis Mills. He has astonishingly made twelve movies in twelve months, all of them Westerns. Unfortunately, the movie is very slow, lacks coherence, and is not really believable. The actors are amateurs and deliver poor performances.
Heart of the Gun (2021)
One of the 12 Westerns in 12 Months; Travers, a doctor who deserted his military post, searches the frontier for the wife who left him. His quest is thrown off course when he saves Sarah, a woman left for dead after a wagon raid.
