In theory, bringing malevolent spirits back inside of your dead parents should be a great premise, but this fails to capitalize on it. Almost everything of any significance happens by mistake: the machine fails, the parents die in tragic accident, the spirits are summoned by mistake, the neighbor is involved, everyone does everything thinking their spirit is someone else, the girlfriend shows up on accident, hell…
The drama aspect isn't great, but the horror aspect **sucks**. I feel like I've not just seen this a lot before, but I've seen it a lot recently. _Final rating:★½: - Boring/disappointing. Avoid where possible._
