So much heart, played completely straight It is a ludicrous premise, and nonsensical plot, but it is internally consistent, played straight by its actors, and with enough tension to keep you engaged. I enjoyed it a lot, despite its shortcomings here and there. It is teen drama + scary stuff which isn't too scary or gross, so it is an innocuous watch, all in all. To fans of the genre I would recommend it.
