While President Arturo Frondizi traveled to the United States, an unprecedented popular uprising erupted in the Mataderos neighborhood. The documentary chronicles the testimony of the protagonists of the now legendary takeover of the meatpacking plant to analyze the close ties that meat, politics, and violence have had throughout Argentine history.
